4 Tips on Getting Your Motivation Back

It was 7AM. I really did not want to go for a run. My daughter was not sleeping well.. and I was just tired. Yet, I knew I should. And it was one of my current top goals. So, against my will, I put on my running clothes.   EVERY DAY IS A NEW BEGINNING. TAKE A DEEP BREATH AND START AGAIN… I ran just 5 km…. My body wasn’t in the mood. I was not in the mood… Weather was not in the mood.  Even dogs were not in the mood. My brain was frantically making up excuses to prevent my workout from happening. (It’s too cold outside, I will get sick, I have so many things to do, I am tired, I am bad mother, wife,  everyone is sleeping …what else???) However, instead of going back to bed, I forced myself up and on to my run.   Even though I didn’t want to go running, I knew that I needed to.
